Associate Director, Community Content Implementation (EdTech): Implementing and optimizing digital content within BigFuture product experiences to support college and career planning with an accent on user engagement and content performance. Location: Remote (USA). Candidates living near offices have the option of hybrid work (Tuesday and Wednesday in office). Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $56,000 – $90,000

What you will do
- Produce and publish high volumes of written content for product experiences and content libraries.
- Optimize content placement, sequencing, and calls to action to drive user engagement metrics.
- Manage the day-to-day content implementation backlog and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
- Integrate video assets into product pages to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Monitor product performance data and qualitative feedback to iterate on content structure and usability.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to align content execution with defined product priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in producing and optimizing digital, written content.
- Experience implementing content directly within product experiences.
- Proficiency with content management systems such as Drupal or similar platforms.
- Ability to create brand-aligned graphics using tools like Canva.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Ability to travel for one to three days per month as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience using project management tools like Monday.com.
