What you will do

• Represent Quality Management within the development team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and execute qualification approaches for SiC products according to industry standards like JEDEC and AEC.
• Correlate SiC failure mechanisms with reliability measures to ensure product quality.
• Identify and address quality gaps in the product creation process and support root cause analysis for production issues.
• Manage final test specifications, verifications, and initial inputs for Product Change Notifications (PCNs).
• Support customer requests and complaint handling while promoting quality as a value-add.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with wafer fab and assembly process knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics and applications, specifically in the SiC domain.
• Familiarity with international quality standards such as AEC-Q101 and AQG 324.
• Strong proficiency in statistical data analysis and measurement methods.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
