What you will do

• Drive value stream projects to achieve budgeted goals using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement new processes, systems, and protocols to enhance overall productivity.
• Manage bills of materials and oversee change control for assigned projects.
• Provide day-to-day production support and technical leadership for specific unit operations.
• Coordinate engineering analyses, tests, and justify capital equipment projects.

Requirements

• BS degree in science or engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CNC controlled equipment, machine code, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
