What you will do

• Own end-to-end payment execution workflows, including initiating and reviewing ACH, Wire, and FX payments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to troubleshoot issues and influence product roadmaps.
• Manage the setup of new client bank accounts and maintain bank connectivity.
• Proactively identify operational gaps and contribute to the development of scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate payment processing, exception triage, and reporting.
• Verify vendor wire instructions and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, banking operations, or payment processing.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to learn internal data tools like Looker or Salesforce.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• High attention to detail and ownership over assigned operational workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
