Salary: $120,700 – $203,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead sales segmentation analyses to define customer tiers, coverage models, and sales motions.
  • Own territory planning, including design, book balancing, and account assignment logic.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Analytics to translate topline goals into rep-level plans.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for changes in coverage, capacity, and incentives.
  • Establish performance frameworks and dashboards to monitor productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Manage annual and in-year planning processes, including target setting and executive updates.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or GTM Strategy and Operations, preferably in B2B.
  • Professional experience in a fast-paced Technology, Software, or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation software such as DataBricks.
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting quota-carrying sales organizations.
  • Must be based in one of the 50 United States.

  • Experience in Management Consulting.
  • Experience within the Real Estate industry.
