Salary: $156,000–$175,500

What you will do

• Educate policymakers and stakeholders on the mission, products, and investments in privacy and safety.
• Advocate for company positions on key legislative and regulatory initiatives impacting users and the business.
• Engage in public policy coalitions with peer companies and civil society organizations.
• Monitor and analyze policy developments across U.S. states.
• Develop position papers, talking points, and presentations for partner engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Trust and Safety, and Communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in government, public policy advocacy, or government relations.
• Deep insight into the policymaking process in U.S. states.
• Proven ability to execute multi-year strategic advocacy and public affairs programs.
• Experience with technology policy initiatives such as online safety, privacy, or content moderation.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the U.S.
