TL;DR
Senior TVAD Specialist (Marketing): Launching and optimizing TV, video, audio, and display campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue with an accent on performance efficiency and data-driven media strategy. Focus on executing Way practices, running safe innovation pilots, and collaborating across cross-functional pods to scale effective media tactics.
Location: Must be based in Mexico City and able to work from the Reforma office two days a week.

What you will do
- Launch and optimize TV, video, audio, and display campaigns to meet reach and revenue goals.
- Prepare accurate, timely client updates and contribute to QBR inputs with clear performance insights.
- Run small, safe pilots for new innovations and monitor results before wider scaling.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and channel teams to align media strategies.
- Manage work queues and reduce non-converting spend by monitoring frequency and inventory quality.
- Advocate for measurement and attribution frameworks with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience running TV, video, audio, or display campaigns, or equivalent analytical experience in finance/consulting.
- Proficiency with GA4 and platform analytics to turn data into clear forecasts and next steps.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies like A/B testing and incrementality/lift.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present results confidently to clients.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid work schedule in Mexico City (Reforma office).
