What you will do

• Manage the intake and assignment of email requests via Asana, ensuring briefs are complete.
• Maintain the Email Calendar and coordinate schedules with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Marketing Operations to secure target mailing lists via Pardot.
• Design and build emails in Stripo using templates and export HTML for deployment.
• Oversee the localization process by uploading copy for machine translation.
• Support the email team by exporting and analyzing Pardot performance reports.

Requirements

• Based in Mexico
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with project management tools (preferably Asana).
• Basic working knowledge of digital marketing and CRM platforms.
• C1 English proficiency for communication in a global organization
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle competing priorities under minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to think critically.
