What you will do

• Build and maintain a strategic M&A pipeline aligned with business priorities.
• Identify, qualify, and assess high-potential acquisition targets across target markets.
• Lead the full due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop detailed financial models, business cases, and investment proposals for senior leadership.
• Drive deal execution from initial sourcing to final closing.
• Manage relationships with the investment community, including PE firms and advisors.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working within international, fast-paced environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of application.

Nice to have

• Sector experience in AI, technology, or software industries.
• Familiarity with the US and European investment ecosystems.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
