Financial Specialist

What you will do

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance reports, management reports, and Board presentations.
• Coordinate month-end financial processes, financial statements, audits, tax reporting, payroll, and pension support.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of governance, policy management, enterprise risk management, audit follow-up, and internal control frameworks.
• Manage financial planning, budget performance, cost compliance, contract reviews, vendor assessments, and affiliated-party portfolios.
• Coordinate bank guarantee management and provide treasury, tax, insurance, and risk-mitigation advice.
• Advise Finance leadership, management, internal divisions, affiliates, customers, vendors, banks, and external accountants on complex financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required.
• 16–20 years of substantial experience in Finance.
• Experience solving complex finance issues and recommending improvements to policies, procedures, controls, and reporting.
• Strong initiative, accountability, quality orientation, customer focus, and relationship-management skills.
