Investment Team Member Private Equity – Co-Investments (Private Equity)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with the possibility to work from home 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Perform due diligence and financial analysis to select co-investment opportunities across industries and geographies, including impact investments.
• Prepare and present investment proposals to the Investment Committee.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and evaluate follow-on investment opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with private equity general partners from a co-investment perspective.
• Support strategic projects and responsible investment initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Global Private Equity Co-Investments team, including colleagues in New York.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–12+ years of relevant experience in private equity, M&A, or investment banking.
• Master’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including financial modelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or investments simultaneously.
• Structured, proactive, diligent approach with strong attention to detail and effective presentation skills.
