Internship - Portfolio Management Project Finance NL

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working. During the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.

Internship allowance: EUR 700 based on a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Support Portfolio Managers in managing corporate lending files from initial funding through final repayment.
• Prepare quarterly and annual credit reviews, credit modifications, waiver requests, and risk submissions.
• Monitor financial covenants, operating performance, financial models, risk ratings, and early warning signals.
• Prepare regulatory and internal reports, portfolio reviews, databases, trackers, and exposure analyses.
• Monitor market developments and assess their potential impact on the portfolio.
• Coordinate with offshore portfolio support teams and assist with lending limits and Capital Velocity programs.

Requirements

• University degree in business, economics, law, or a related business discipline.
• Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal documentation.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work in a deal-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university, or at an EU university for EU passport holders, throughout the internship.

Nice to have
