Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and maintain the overarching Atlassian Cloud architecture, defining standardized templates and user permissions.
- Lead end-to-end migrations from Data Center or other toolchains to Atlassian Cloud.
- Evaluate and manage Atlassian Marketplace applications for security, scalability, and operational fit.
- Integrate Atlassian products with external DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Translate business and engineering needs into structured workflows and practical automation rules.
- Design traceability models linking requirements to delivery and operational handovers to maintain regulated SDLC practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Atlassian platform engineering, system administration, or solution architecture.
- Deep practical understanding of Atlassian Cloud, Atlassian Guard, and Advanced Roadmaps.
- Experience with identity integration platforms, specifically Okta.
- Strong grasp of SDLC workflows, including product management, QA, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and automation scripting in Python or Groovy/ScriptRunner.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Recognized Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) designations (e.g., ACP-100, ACP-600).
- Security certifications.
- Experience with Rovo and Forge development.
