What you will do

  • Manage full employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, adaptation, internal changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, internal policies, and process templates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR and administrative matters.
  • Support managers with people-related processes and coordinate performance review cycles.
  • Coordinate administrative documentation, contracts, invoices, and communication with external providers.
  • Organize business travel, company events, offsites, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Coordinator role.
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience with administrative coordination, document management, and vendor communication.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR systems, documentation tools, and process automation.
