What you will do

• Lead execution of test platform and test cell development programs from concept through release.
• Coordinate development across functional discipline teams, Common Engineering, and operations in a matrix model.
• Establish milestone-based development plans, risk tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure cross-domain integration across hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanical systems.
• Partner with Systems Engineering on customer engagement and high-level requirements definition.
• Provide executive-level program updates and manage third-party ecosystem partner activities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available).
• Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience in large-scale platform or multidisciplinary product development.
• Proven track record of leading in matrixed environments and influencing without authority.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test systems and systems-level thinking.
• Ability to balance technical depth with program delivery focus and executive communication.
