What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers on discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and tracking of initiatives.
• Analyze product performance using funnel and behavioral metrics; identify friction points, drop-offs, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze user conversations from WhatsApp, support, and interviews to surface behavioral insights and pain points.
• Size initiatives using quantitative modeling plus qualitative signals, estimating impact and trade-offs.
• Drive and support A/B tests and experimentation.
• Build and maintain core dashboards to track product performance and user engagement; communicate insights into recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in product analytics, strategy, insights, growth, or consulting.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with experience working with funnel metrics and behavioral datasets.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative feedback (e.g., surveys and user interviews) into structured insights.
• Advanced English and Spanish native speaker.
• Comfort sizing business impact and making prioritization trade-offs; strong business intuition from numbers to strategy.
