What you will do

• Perform detailed research and analysis on construction claims, including delay and disruption assessments.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases and analytical models to support project findings.
• Conduct schedule analysis to determine the source and magnitude of critical path delays.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, change orders, and expert witness materials.
• Collaborate with and lead project teams to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
• Audit work products to ensure accuracy and adherence to professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required; MS or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of field experience in the construction industry.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Proven experience in cost estimating, change order pricing, and claims management.
• Proficiency in scheduling platforms such as P6 and MSP.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
