What you will do
- Conduct network performance evaluations and maintain conference room equipment.
- Provide direct technical support for end-user devices and onsite personnel.
- Ensure all IT operations remain compliant with USACE policies.
- Assist with IT equipment disposal training and procedures.
- Manage and resolve technical issues through established ticketing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT or field/user support roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Must be willing to travel as required by the role.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
- Familiarity with Government IT environments and policies.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
