What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGM and ETG equipment according to strict regulatory and company standards.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, software updates, and functional testing to ensure proper machine operation.
• Navigate management terminals daily to verify equipment status and report issues.
• Complete accurate incident reports and detailed maintenance logs for all service activities.
• Adhere to safety procedures regarding electricity, heavy equipment handling, and tool usage.
• Review technical issues with management and technical leads to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and pass background investigations.
• Minimum one year of experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PC operation.
