TL;DR
Tech Recruiter (Fintech): Driving full-cycle technical recruitment for the Turkey growth hub with an accent on sourcing high-IQ/EQ technical talent and improving talent acquisition processes. Focus on building proactive talent pipelines and leveraging AI tools to optimize productivity and research.
Location: Must be based in Türkiye. Working hours: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM GMT+3.

What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, from intake to closing.
- Design and continuously improve talent acquisition frameworks, processes, and tooling.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders as a strategic advisor to build proactive pipelines.
- Ensure a human-centered and excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Analyze market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within the Turkish fintech ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition within fast-paced tech or fintech environments.
- Proven track record of recruiting for software engineers, data, and infrastructure roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) and fluency in Turkish.
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required.
- Solid working knowledge of Turkish labor law and local hiring practices.
Nice to have
- Experience working for US-headquartered or globally distributed companies.
- Exposure to high-growth startup environments.
- Familiarity with structured candidate assessments, behavioral frameworks, or psychometric tools.
- Experience using data dashboards to influence hiring decisions and resource planning.
