What you will do

• Run end-to-end product discovery: identify customer problems, validate assumptions, and drive product-market fit through rapid experimentation.
• Conduct customer interviews, market research, and behavioral analysis across hospitality operations, guest experiences, and revenue growth.
• Design and test MVPs, prototypes, and product concepts using data and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to translate insights into scalable product solutions.
• Explore LLM and AI-driven autonomous capabilities, defining opportunities for trusted and effective autonomous experiences.
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on real-world user behavior and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: based in the Netherlands
• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven 0-to-1 product leadership with strong discovery, experimentation, and validation experience.
• Deep knowledge of customer research methods (interviews, hypothesis testing, MVP development, iterative learning).
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models and agentic/autonomous systems.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and execute in fast-moving, uncertain environments.
