What you will do
- Own Hiring product initiatives within ’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from discovery through delivery.
- Work directly with customers and users to understand pain points, workflows, and opportunities.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Sales, Support) to drive decisions.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to define solutions and deliver product outcomes.
- Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, priorities, and roadmap planning.
- Define and measure product success using KPIs and outcome-based metrics; support launches and adoption.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar product-focused role.
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and synthesizing feedback from multiple sources to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver customer value.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to prioritize competing customer, business, and technical needs.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions and manage stakeholders effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience working on ATS, Recruiting Technology, Talent Acquisition, or HR Technology products.
- Recruiting/Talent Acquisition domain knowledge.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments and/or product analytics/reporting.
- Experience conducting customer research and discovery.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Product Marketing or Product Design background.
