What you will do

• Coordinate with business units to fulfill large mailings and printing projects, including postage processing and selecting efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Process marketing portal orders and contact center/underwriting document requests by printing, assembling, metering, and mailing.
• Operate and maintain mailroom/copy center equipment (printers, cutters, hole punchers, folders, inserters, postage meters) and coordinate repairs to reduce downtime.
• Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), including postage allocation and mail/print volume trend reporting.
• Support internal business partners with accurate handling of sensitive materials and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to match records and maintain document integrity.
• Ability to create and maintain reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at waist level and overhead.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record (Motor Vehicle Record checked annually).
