What you will do

• Lead and manage the CIO Alternative Investments team to drive the adoption of Private Markets investments among bank clients.
• Originate, source, and perform comprehensive due diligence for open-ended and close-ended Private Markets funds.
• Provide discretionary and advisory portfolio management services for Private Markets.
• Oversee the full on-boarding workstream, including financial, operational, tax, and legal due diligence in compliance with internal policies.
• Act as product owner for private markets, ensuring front-to-back alignment and managing the internal approval process.
• Create marketing materials and lead educational presentations for front office staff and high-net-worth clients.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in fund distribution or investments with a proven track record.
• Deep expertise in private markets, including direct and bespoke investments.
• Previous leadership experience, preferably as a team lead within an asset management firm or private bank.
• Strong professional communication skills for high-level engagement with clients and senior management.
• Relevant undergraduate degree; CFA, CAIA, or a Master's degree in Finance from a reputable university is strongly preferred.
• Interest and experience in developing digital projects and financial solutions.
