What you will do

• Manage end-to-end system and static data setups for new client onboarding and fund conversions.
• Oversee conversion activities and ensure productive rapport with internal stakeholders.
• Create and configure funds in internal systems based on offering documents and best practices.
• Utilize data analysis tools to review NAV and share registry data, resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to digitize and automate data ingestion processes.
• Provide leadership and expertise to the team while ensuring compliance with ISAE/SOC standards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the fund administration industry, preferably within private markets.
• Demonstrable experience in data management within investment managers, administrators, or auditors.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with Yardi.
• Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate status reports effectively.
