What you will do

• Develop and implement underwriting strategies and business plans for the Singapore and APAC markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing insurance brokers.
• Perform technical underwriting, risk management, and aggregation monitoring within agreed limits.
• Represent the company at international conferences and meetings, requiring travel.
• Provide underwriting support to overseas offices and handle referral approvals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement process improvements for data management.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the Renewable Energy and/or Power insurance market.
• Detailed understanding of the global insurance marketplace and current risk factors.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with excellent communication skills.
• Existing or willingness to develop a network of Singapore and international distribution channels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an open, team-oriented environment.
• Must be based in Singapore.
