Salary: $123,690–$181,412 plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do
- Review, draft, and manage commercial contracts and related documents (e.g., sales and procurement agreements, toll-manufacturing, distribution/agency contracts, NDAs, customer tender documentation).
- Provide ongoing legal support to internal clients across day-to-day matters and projects, including claims and litigation, capital projects, real estate, and customer/vendor matters.
- Support environmental health & safety, supply chain, and product regulatory legal matters.
- Coordinate with subject matter legal experts and external counsel to deliver legal services efficiently.
- Help develop and implement contract review forms, procedures, policies, training, and playbooks to improve operational efficiency for sales and sourcing teams.
- Manage outside counsel and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Risk Management, HR, Finance, and other subject matter experts).
Requirements
- Strong organization, sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting commercial agreements.
- Ability to advise business partners on legal considerations related to strategy and operations.
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Ability to manage outside counsel effectively.
