Focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, and maintaining policies under tight deadlines.

What you will do

• Assist with managing legal documents, records, and contract documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide timely advice to business stakeholders and legal staff.
• Maintain and revise corporate contract templates, business processes, governance, and internal policies.
• Work on compliance matters including export/import regulations and privacy laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as distribution, sales, sourcing, technology/license agreements, guarantees, and financial instruments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Odense, Denmark and report to Deputy General Counsel
• Law degree or Master's in law-related field
• Minimum 2 years legal work experience as advisor, preferably from law firm or private company
• Fluent professional English (speak, read, write)
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines
• Commercial mindset; independent team player, fast learner, flexible
