Salary: $95,000 - $161,500 Annually

What you will do

• Support the execution of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in PLM and ERP systems.
• Maintain product structures, BOMs, and revision data to ensure system consistency.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, optical, and software engineering teams to gather release documentation.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure completeness prior to release.
• Work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Service teams to resolve release-related issues.
• Track ECO tasks and participate in continuous improvement efforts for release efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product data management (or Master's degree with 0 years experience).
• Basic familiarity with engineering documentation such as drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM/ERP systems such as ENOVIA or SAP.
