Location: Hybrid (Must be based in New York, US)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Plan and execute creative recruitment strategies to maximize direct hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to guide the hiring journey and advise on best practices.
• Create engaging and inclusive job specifications and adverts to optimize attraction.
• Carry out proactive sourcing and headhunting of candidates via media platforms.
• Champion and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions.

Requirements

• In-house or agency recruitment experience working directly with hiring managers.
• Recruitment experience specifically in Commercial, Marketing, and Content.
• Proven success in direct sourcing and adopting creative approaches to build pipelines.
• Knowledge of hiring strategies within fast-paced, international, and evolving businesses.
• Essential: Understanding of or passion for sports.
• Location: Must be based in New York for a mostly on-site hybrid arrangement.
