• Develop project estimates, plans, and proposals while coordinating necessary approvals.
• Manage project timelines, scopes, budgets, and construction activities to meet commitments.
• Specify facilities and equipment performance and design criteria.
• Define and execute competitive bidding and project delivery strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable codes, guidelines, and industry standards.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience.
• Professional background in capital project management, process, product, or manufacturing engineering.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

• Subject matter expertise in automated manufacturing equipment and web-handling (roll to roll) processes.
• Project leadership experience specifically within laboratories or manufacturing plants.
• Advanced degree in an engineering discipline or technology management.
