What you will do
- Handle a high volume of incoming requests via live chat and phone calls.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver high satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information regarding platform products.
- Manage complaints and provide effective solutions within established time limits.
- Follow corporate communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Proactively engage customers to improve their overall experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required.
- Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
- Proficiency in using IT tools for professional purposes to handle technical queries.
- Exceptional written communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain field.
- Multi-lingual capability beyond English and Italian.
