What you will do

• Manage global onboarding and identity verification (KYC) processes using internal systems.
• Monitor and analyze service-related cases to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to address platform needs.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge resources, including FAQs, SOPs, and feature documentation.
• Provide general operational support and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English is required.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and suggest improvements.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in customer service operations or risk management.
