What you will do

• Support global onboarding and identity verification (KYC) processes using internal systems.
• Monitor and analyze service-related cases to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to handle platform-related needs.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge resources, including FAQs and SOPs for new features.
• Provide general operational support and perform additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English.
• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in customer service operations or risk management in traditional finance or crypto.
