Senior Scrum Master

TL;DR

Senior Scrum Master (Agile): Facilitating the Scrum process and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products with an accent on coaching teams to embed Agile values and removing organizational impediments. Focus on establishing a community of practice, providing line management to Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and driving continuous improvement through evidence-based metrics.

Location: London, UK. Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do

• Coach teams and leaders to embed Agile values, principles, and ways of working in daily delivery.
• Facilitate core Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify systemic impediments and organizational constraints to enable self-managing, high-performing teams.
• Provide line management and formulate professional development plans for Scrum Masters, BAs, and Product Owners.
• Establish communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing and problem solving across teams.
• Monitor and report team progress using KPIs and a data-driven approach to provide improvement insights.

Requirements

• CSM or PSM certification strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including project and workflow administration.
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance or higher.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Understanding of User Centred Design (UCD) and its integration with software engineering.
