What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the Firm’s software solutions to support global businesses.
• Design and implement high-quality, scalable technology solutions leveraging internal and open-source services.
• Own the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, user story refinement, development, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and integrate new external technologies to transform financial businesses and internal platforms.
• Design and maintain robust testing suites including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Provide technical training and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C++ or Java and experience working within Unix environments.
• Experience with RDBMS such as Sybase or Oracle and SQL/NoSQL technologies like MongoDB.
• Strong experience in micro-services architecture design using REST, Spring, or similar back-end technologies.
