What you will do

• Design and implement new features for commercial digital products while improving overall technical quality.
• Drive the architecture of solutions across multiple services and applications.
• Act as a technical expert within an agile squad, participating in all ceremonies from design to delivery.
• Guide communities of practice by mentoring developers and enforcing coding standards.
• Implement test-driven development (TDD) to ensure maintainable and testable code.
• Automate processes to achieve operational excellence and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java or other comparable object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and RESTful networking.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and modern software development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration.
