What you will do

• Design and implement features for commercial digital products and applications.
• Drive solution architecture across multiple services and applications.
• Act as a technical expert and software developer within an agile squad, participating in architecture, design, delivery, and agile ceremonies.
• Develop maintainable, testable software that meets code quality standards and metrics, including test-driven development.
• Mentor developers, lead communities of practice, establish standards, review code, and share knowledge.
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve services, automate processes, and support operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field, plus 8+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of object-oriented and functional software design and software development best practices.
• Experience with Java or a comparable programming language and SQL or comparable data products.
• Familiarity with RESTful networking, Git, and GitHub.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
