Salary: $88,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level Euna Grants implementations from initiation through closure, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk registers, and RAID logs in alignment with standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state-level sponsors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned state agency clients to manage expectations and build trust.
• Coordinate delivery across Implementation, Technical Solutions, and OCM workstreams.
• Actively embed AI tools into daily work to accelerate analysis and improve documentation quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or technology projects.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in a public sector, government, or regulated industry.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) from the Oakville, ON office.
• Strong communication skills for executive reporting and navigating complex multi-agency relationships.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of grants management, public finance, or compliance-heavy regulatory environments.
• Direct experience with Euna Grants or comparable grant management systems.
• Demonstrated professional application of AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
