What you will do

• Handle capital calls, audit/tax support, pre/post close services, quarterly/annual financials, and LP communications for VC clients.
• Deliver real-time IRR, portfolio data, TVPI, and RVPI to enhance client decision-making.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the Fund Administration software suite.
• Consult with clients to implement software solutions, turning traditional services into scalable products.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used)
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Fund Administration.
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
