TL;DR

Location: San Francisco, CA

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer accounts, coordinating with Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Guide customers through validation of hardware and software products, including IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV.
  • Identify, track, and quantify business impact to demonstrate the ROI of hirify.global’s products.
  • Proactively manage renewals and identify opportunities within the portfolio to drive expansion and mitigate churn.
  • Build strong customer relationships through business reviews, goal planning, and product roadmap reviews.
  • Help build a scalable customer success function by creating data-driven processes and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Engineering B.S. degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or directly in medical devices product development/manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of the processes and challenges in medical device product development and NPI.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, and medical devices product lifecycles.
  • Ability to independently create and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Must be located in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA).
