What you will do

• Build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents for healthcare, handling thousands of customer conversations daily while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct ground-up discovery to identify new use cases and opportunities for AI Agents, driving strategic decisions for customers.
• Engage with customers at all levels to assess requirements, present demonstrations, and overcome technical challenges.
• Develop and improve hirify.global virtual agents to anticipate customer needs and business processes.
• Guide the evolution of hirify.global's core platform and shape the future of AI agent development in healthcare.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products.
• Past experience in Product Management roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
• Ability to craft and tailor messages for potential customers and communicate technical concepts, including recent AI developments.
• Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient/member experiences.
• Must be eligible to work on-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or working with healthcare organizations.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI handling, data privacy).
• AI-related experience, especially with product development for AI agents.
• Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
• MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Past roles interfacing with end customers to influence software development.
