Salary: $96,130 - $155,950 USD

What you will do

• Create, develop, and maintain AML typologies to proactively identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models leveraging Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with Financial Intelligence Units (FIU) and cross-functional teams to provide targeted data analysis.
• Translate complex business problems into viable, scalable, and sustainable data science solutions.
• Visualize data insights to communicate results clearly to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the overall Analytics function.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder status is mandatory.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced technical degree (Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or CS).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Python, SQL, and Databricks.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience in Financial Crimes or Compliance Risk Analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative and agentic AI.
• Experience assisting financial institutions with transaction monitoring system efficiency.
