TL;DR

Finance Manager (FP&A/ERP): Leading financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support for B2B SaaS ERP solutions with an accent on recurring revenue models and sales organization support. Focus on driver-based financial modeling, cloud growth optimization, and leveraging AI tools for reporting efficiency.

Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Bracknell office (UK) on a full-time basis

What you will do

  • Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop driver-based financial models supporting revenue, ARR, cloud growth, and profitability.
  • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives and resource allocation decisions.
  • Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage sales planning, including territory modeling, quota setting, and incentive compensation.
  • Deliver KPI dashboards and executive reporting for the Board and Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or professional Accounting qualification.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within the technology/ERP sector.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and recurring revenue business models.
  • Experience partnering with Executive Leadership Teams and senior finance leaders.
  • Ability and willingness to work from the Bracknell office on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, or similar multidimensional reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce reporting tools.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve financial analysis and reporting efficiency.
  • Knowledge of software revenue recognition principles.
