TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Bracknell office (UK) on a full-time basis

What you will do
- Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop driver-based financial models supporting revenue, ARR, cloud growth, and profitability.
- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives and resource allocation decisions.
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Manage sales planning, including territory modeling, quota setting, and incentive compensation.
- Deliver KPI dashboards and executive reporting for the Board and Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional Accounting qualification.
- 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within the technology/ERP sector.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and recurring revenue business models.
- Experience partnering with Executive Leadership Teams and senior finance leaders.
- Ability and willingness to work from the Bracknell office on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, or similar multidimensional reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce reporting tools.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve financial analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Knowledge of software revenue recognition principles.
