What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, and Product teams.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled and automation-led approaches in financial reporting.
• Support Board reporting and investor materials with clear financial narratives.
• Coach and develop the FP&A team to foster a culture of insight and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) required.
• Significant leadership experience in FP&A, Commercial, or Strategic Finance.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
• Experience working with ERP, planning, and business intelligence platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or inventory-led businesses.
• Background in supporting fundraising or investor reporting.
• Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-currency organizations.
• Track record of implementing planning transformation or AI initiatives.
