What you will do
- Design and maintain complex Anaplan models for waterfall calculations, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Client Services teams to translate business requirements into technical modelling solutions.
- Champion global standards for fund structures, including multi-level waterfalls and deal-by-deal calculations.
- Test models, investigate anomalies, and facilitate the adoption of new tools across the client base.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to reduce manual risk.
- Provide training and support to end-users while developing technical capabilities toward Master Anaplanner level.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a similar field.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Excel modelling and translating legal mechanics into financial models.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar multi-dimensional planning tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, risk frameworks, and internal controls.
- Ability to explain technical modelling principles to non-expert audiences.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CPA).
