What you will do

• Build, operate, and evolve Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).
• Manage the full cluster lifecycle, including provisioning, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate cluster configuration.
• Implement and operate GitOps workflows for platform components.
• Integrate Kubernetes capabilities into the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to enable self-service deployments.
• Participate in rotational on-call support and troubleshoot platform-level incidents.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Republic of Georgia
• Strong hands-on experience operating production Kubernetes environments.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes internals, Linux systems, and networking.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Experience working with multiple cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and GitOps tools.

Nice to have

• Experience running Kubernetes on-premises (bare metal or VM-based).
• Knowledge of observability stacks like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Understanding of SRE concepts such as SLOs and error budgets.
• Prior experience integrating infrastructure platforms into an IDP.
