What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and improve production cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
• Build and maintain comprehensive observability stacks, including monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Lead incident response, production troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to drive remediation.
• Develop automation for infrastructure operations, deployments, health checks, and recovery workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define SLOs, SLIs, and operational readiness standards.
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management for repeatable environments.

Requirements

• Hands-on production cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, and/or hybrid).
• Strong experience building and maintaining observability and alerting systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting infrastructure, networking, application, and cloud service layers.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Scripting and automation skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Familiarity with SRE practices, including SLOs, SLIs, and toil reduction.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps (Flux or Argo CD), Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of Service Mesh, Ingress, and API Gateway.
• Experience designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Proficiency with Secrets Management tools like Vault or AWS Secrets Manager.
