What you will do

• Design, operate, and optimize production-grade Kubernetes platforms and workloads.
• Implement and support GitOps workflows using tools like Flux or Argo CD.
• Develop and maintain secure, repeatable CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex production issues across networking and compute layers.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, and production operations best practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale.
• Proficiency with GitOps tools (Flux, Argo CD) and Helm/Kustomize.
• Experience with AWS services including EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, and S3.
• Solid Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Competence in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Nice to have

• Experience with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd, Consul).
• Secrets management expertise (Vault, External Secrets).
• Knowledge of SRE practices, SLO-based operations, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Platform Engineering and multi-region architectures.
