What you will do

• Facilitate training workshops to improve diagnosis and repair competencies for dealership technicians.
• Prepare workshops, vehicles, and training materials for experiential learning.
• Maintain the Regional Training Facility, tools, and equipment according to 5S standards.
• Verify learner understanding through competency-based training assessments.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to achieve training department goals.
• Assist in the development of technical training curriculum and scheduling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in automotive technical repair and diagnostics.
• 3+ years of experience training OEM dealership technicians.
• Professional Certification (OEM Master Technician or ASE Master Technician).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with electric vehicle technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
