Compensation: $60.00 per hour; $25.00 per hour for travel time.

What you will do

• Partner with the Literacy Pilot Team to drive sales opportunities and secure future adoptions.
• Lead literacy pilot implementation training for leadership, coaches, and teachers.
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching check-ins aligned with product pilots.
• Assist in developing sales support materials and customized implementation resources.
• Maintain deep expertise in K-12 educational trends and hirify.global product offerings.
• Engage in active listening and conversational intelligence to address pilot teacher needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in K-12 education.
• K-8 classroom teaching experience with an emphasis on Literacy.
• Expertise in the Science of Reading.
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the time.
• Public speaking proficiency for audiences of 6 or more.
